Shane Graybeal is a classically trained chef with 30 years of experience in some of the country's most respected kitchens and abroad.
His work has been recognized by the Michelin Guide, and he has received a James Beard Foundation nomination for Best Chef. Today, Shane brings that experience to private dinners and gatherings throughout Bozeman and Big Sky.
